The holidays can be tricky, especially if you’re the only single person at the table. But I’ve got you covered with some practical tips:

• Reflect on Your Year: Take time to assess your patterns and progress in love. Journaling can help you uncover aha moments and themes.
• Set Boundaries: Call a supportive family member ahead of time to share how you’re feeling and ask for their help in steering conversations.
• Bring an Ally: If possible, invite a friend or ask a family member to back you up during holiday gatherings.
• Create Space for Yourself: Carve out time to relax and process your emotions—bubble baths and guided meditations can work wonders.
• Set Intentions: Decide how you want to feel during the holidays—peaceful, joyful, and grounded—and write those intentions down as a guide.
