With it being the holiday season I wanted to talk a bit about Christmas and Yule.  I am struggling with finding the magic of the season these past few years and that is part of what led me to do this research.  I chose Christmas and Yule to discuss because those are most prevalent in my current circles.  But the truth is there are many religious based celebrations that happen this time of year.  Perhaps those will be a discussion in the future!

I was fascinated but what I discovered and how many traditions cross over and I suspect many people don't realize it!
