Despite increased conversations to improve representation, the fund industry has made no progress in 20 years according to a report by Morningstar. Only 11% of U.S. fund managers were women in 2019, down from 13.8% in 2000.

Tracy Gray is the Founder and Managing Partner of The 22 Fund, a venture capital firm that focuses on increasing the export capacity of U.S. companies and creating jobs, with an emphasis on women and minority-owned companies. Tracy is also the founder of We Are Enough, a nonprofit educating people on why and how to invest with a gender lens.
