Debbe is a seasoned RN with forty-three years of experience, and she’s still going strong. She is launching a holistic, Christian-based program designed specifically for busy professional women ages 45–64.

She has actually created three programs over the summer, but she is beginning with her perimenopause program called Changing Seasons—a name she felt was perfect for autumn.

The program is designed to help women navigate perimenopause, especially when those darn hot flashes start interfering with their lives. But it isn’t just about hot flashes. It is a complete wellness program for women ages forty-five to sixty-four, focused on helping busy professional women gain control over their symptoms with a holistic and faith-based strategy.

Debbe also offers support through her Social Anxiety, Depression, and Anxiety program.
