This is probably the most important transformational message to take onboard to improve your sex life. Orgasms are not important in sex at all. They have no power to give you good sex, and they can not improve your sex. Everything you really need from sex is not in the orgasm and the orgasm doesn’t contain it. By focusing on orgasms in sex you are missing the opportunity to create truly rich sex - and you are malnourishing yourself and your relationship. Moreover, making sex about orgasms is actually detrimental to sex and ruins our sex lives. Sex has become a chore, a mechanical disconnected job, full of pressure and anxiety, devoid of any true love, connection or nutrition - all because we consider orgasms important.

Sex is destined to die past the honeymoon phase. At least sex as all the media teaches you - it only works in the honeymoon phase and there are three good reasons why it cannot work past the honeymoon. Sex will either die completely, or it will continue semi-dead anaemically. It is natural, you simply cannot continue with the sex that you had in the beginning, and I tell you why. It is impossible. There is only one thing you can do to ensure a continuing flourishing sex life.
