Keisha Blair, founder of the Institute on Holistic Wealth, creator of the Holistic Wealth movement and host of the Holistic Wealth Podcast, has been named one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 for 2026.
This is a special and commemorative episode of the Holistic Wealth podcast. On September 9, 2026, Keisha Blair was announced as one of Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100, joining a nationally recognized community of women whose leadership, influence and impact are changing Canada and the world.
In this deeply personal special episode of the Holistic Wealth Podcast, Keisha Blair reflects on being named one of WXN's Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100, and the experiences that shaped her understanding of resilience, the loss of her husband and father, caregiving, women's leadership, the meaning of power and the global mission to reach one billion people with Holistic Wealth.

Holistic Wealth (Expanded and Updated): 36 Life Lessons to Help You Recover from Disruption, Find Your Life Purpose, and Achieve Financial Freedom by Keisha Blair
Long before she became known as the Mother of Holistic Wealth, long before she became the first Black female in Canada to lead the foreign direct investment file in support of the Prime Minister of Canada, long before the award-winning books, the Institute on Holistic Wealth, the Holistic Wealth Podcast, Global Holistic Wealth Day, and the growing global movement that has already touched the lives of over 500 million people globally, there was a young widow trying to understand how to rebuild a life she had never expected to lose.
Her husband died suddenly when she was 31. She was left grieving while raising young children and trying to imagine a future radically different from the one she had planned. Years later came another demanding chapter: caring for her aging father while raising her family, maintaining a professional life and navigating the realities of the sandwich generation. Her father died on April 26, 2025.
These are not the experiences traditionally found in the opening lines of a leadership résumé. Yet they are central to understanding the Holistic Wealth journey —and perhaps to understanding power itself.
That idea is at the heart of a special new episode of the Holistic Wealth Podcast with Keisha Blair, released to coincide with the WXN announcement. This episode is a conversation about what power costs, what resilience really looks like, why conventional definitions of success are failing millions of people, and what it will take to bring the message of Holistic Wealth to one billion people around the world.
What Does It Really Mean to Be a Powerful Woman?
The phrase “powerful woman” still tends to conjure a familiar set of images: the corner office, the boardroom, financial influence, political authority, professional status. Those forms of power matter. But they are incomplete. The latest Canadian data make the traditional power gap clear. Women remain underrepresented at the highest levels of leadership. Statistics Canada reported that women occupied 36.6% of senior management positions in early 2025. Earlier census-based research found women held 30.8% of senior management positions among core-aged workers.
The gap becomes even more striking in certain corporate settings. Among federal distributing corporations reporting for 2025, women occupied 29% of senior management positions.
There is progress. There is also a considerable distance left to travel. Yet the Holistic Wealth framework raises another question alongside representation:
What kind of power are we asking women to pursue?
If attaining power requires sacrificing health, relationships, emotional well-being, family, identity or peace, should that be considered success?
When Dr. Nicole LePera (the Holistic Psychologist), first appeared on the Holistic Wealth Podcast with Keisha Blair, listeners around the world connected deeply with the transformative conversation around trauma, healing, self-awareness, and emotional well-being.
Now, Dr. Nicole LePera returns to the Holistic Wealth podcast for a second highly anticipated episode — this time to discuss her latest book, Reparenting the Inner Child, and the urgent global need for emotional healing in an increasingly uncertain world.
The conversation follows the momentum of Global Holistic Wealth Month and its 2026 theme, “Resilient Wealth in an Uncertain World,” which continues to resonate powerfully long after April ended. The theme sparked global conversations about what true wealth really means in modern life — especially during periods of uncertainty, burnout, disruption, and rapid change.

Why Reparenting the Inner Child Matters Now More Than Ever
In this deeply moving episode, Dr. LePera explores the concept of the “inner child” — the emotional self formed through early experiences, conditioning, relationships, and survival patterns. She explains how unresolved childhood wounds often shape adult behaviours, financial habits, relationships, self-worth, stress responses, and even our ability to experience joy and peace.
The discussion powerfully aligns with the foundational principles of Holistic Wealth — the globally recognized framework created by Keisha Blair that emphasizes wealth beyond money alone, encompassing emotional, mental, physical, spiritual, relational, and financial well-being.
Throughout the episode, listeners are reminded that healing is not a luxury — it is essential infrastructure for a resilient life.

The Defining Question: What Does “Resilient Wealth” Mean?
One of the most compelling moments in the episode comes when Keisha Blair asks Dr. LePera:
Dr. LePera’s response reframes wealth in a profoundly human way. Rather than measuring wealth solely through accumulation or external success, she speaks about the ability to remain grounded, emotionally regulated, adaptable, and connected to self during periods of uncertainty and disruption.
Her answer echoes one of the central truths behind the Holistic Wealth movement:
True wealth is the capacity to sustain well-being through change.
In a world marked by economic instability, burnout, chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, and rising anxiety, the conversation becomes larger than psychology alone. It becomes a roadmap for modern resilience.
“What does Resilient Wealth mean to you in light of the Global Holistic Wealth Month theme?”
In this episode of the Holistic Wealth Podcast, we break down Resilient Wealth vs Holistic Wealth through the powerful lens of Ecclesiastes 11:2, revealing why building 7-8 income streams is not just biblical wisdom – but a modern strategy for thriving in uncertainty. This year’s theme for Global Holistic Wealth Day is “Resilient Wealth in an Uncertain World”, and given the level of global economic fallout, building sustainable future-proof Holistic Wealth that endures is critical.
“Invest in seven ventures, yes, in eight, for you do not know what disaster may come upon the land. If clouds are full of water, they pour rain on the earth. Whether a tree falls to the south or to the north, in the place where it falls, there will it lie” – Ecclesiastes 11:2-3, New International Version

Global Holistic Wealth Day is coming up on April 9th. The theme for this year is “Resilient Wealth in an Uncertain World”, and power literacy is a tool to help achieve resilient wealth. This podcast episode on power literacy is a timely contribution to Global Holistic Wealth Month in April. True resilience today comes from understanding and navigating systems of power, not just money. The ability to understand and navigate systems that shape wealth outcomes is critical. Holistic Wealth as well as the Holistic Wealth mindset are powerful frameworks to help create a life of balance, financial security, and emotional resilience.
What is Power Literacy?
Power literacy is the ability to recognize, understand, and navigate the invisible structures, dynamics, and impacts of power within organizations, institutions, relationships, and decision-making environments. This includes knowing how to navigate, advocate and position ideas within existing power structures and applying influence responsibly.
Power literacy is one tool needed for sustaining and protecting Holistic Wealth and to live a holistically wealthy lifestyle. Holistic Wealth encompasses the full architecture of human wellbeing and functions as a framework “mother concept”, of the overall philosophy of human flourishing. By aligning life’s key pillars—money, mindset, relationships, and physical health—Holistic Wealth empowers individuals to thrive at every stage of life. Holistic Wealth is an ecosystem – and power literacy is one of the tools needed to thrive within it.
The global conversation around women’s economic equity has reached a tipping point. From widening wealth inequality to renewed scrutiny of elite abuse of power, the message is clear: women’s safety, dignity, and financial security are not niche concerns — they are foundational to stable societies.
As Women’s History Month begins and International Women’s Day approaches on March 8th, this moment calls for more than reflection. It calls for systemic change.
This episode of the Holistic Wealth podcast explores women's economic empowerment in light of recent developments with the Epstein Files and other developments.

The new year doesn’t arrive asking us to become more. It asks us to remember. Yet most people don’t cross into a new year feeling whole, clear, or renewed. They arrive depleted, disconnected and running on a nervous system that has forgotten what safety feels like. There's a global disconnection crisis that's rarely being talked about.
That's why reconnecting with self is emerging as the most radical—and necessary—act of our time. In this episode of the Holistic Wealth podcast we're discussing this plus answering some listener questions about the Holistic Wealth Retreat on the Holistic Wealth Trail. February is also Black History Month, a very special celebration of Black History.

What is the Global Disconnection Crisis?
We live in an era of unprecedented access, convenience, and information—yet human beings are more dysregulated than ever before. Consider this:
In other words, the majority of humanity is living in fight-or-flight as a baseline state.
When people say, “I feel disconnected from myself,” what they are really saying is:
Reconnection is not indulgence. It is a biological repair.
What You Will Learn
Why the New Year Is the Most Fragile Time of All
The first quarter of the New Year, from January to March, is often framed as a season of acceleration—goals, resolutions, productivity, but physiologically, the new year is one of the most vulnerable times for the human body:
This is why so many people feel unmotivated, foggy, or emotionally raw in the early months of the year.
The body is not asking for more productivity hacks and optimization. It is asking for re-anchoring.
What Reconnecting With Self Actually Means
Reconnection is not a mindset shift. It is not a productivity hack. It is not another item on a wellness checklist. True reconnection restores three broken feedback loops:
1. Body → Brain
When the body feels safe, the mind regains clarity.
2. Environment → Nervous System
Your surroundings directly influence cortisol, inflammation, sleep, and gene expression.
3. Time → Identity
When time slows, the self re-emerges.
This is why people cannot think their way back to themselves.
They need place, pace, and presence.
Why Place Matters More Than We’ve Been Told
Modern wellness focuses heavily on habits while ignoring something far more powerful: the environment.
Where you are physically can change how your body functions.
This insight is at the heart of the Holistic Wealth Retreat, located along the Holistic Wealth Trail—a first-of-its-kind ecosystem designed not as infrastructure for human repair.
“My nervous system has not felt safe enough to come home.”

How to Cope With Grief During the Holidays: 25 Practical Tips (Holistic Wealth)
Every holiday season carries a delicate mixture of memory, expectation, joy, and—for many—deep, private grief. This year, as the world faces increasing turbulence and communities like Jamaica rebuild after Hurricane Melissa, the theme of grief feels especially urgent.
In the latest episode of the Holistic Wealth Podcast, we explore a powerful, profoundly moving topic on how to navigate grief during the holiday season through the lens of the Holistic Wealth Framework. What makes this episode especially resonant is the discussion in personal history and loss—particularly the life and legacy of her father, Oliver Nathaniel Williams, a distinguished Jamaican soldier who met the Queen Elizabeth II twice and whose historic contribution globally continues to inspire millions through Keisha Blair’s work.
Her story serves as a reminder that grief is not merely a personal journey—it is also a pathway to understanding legacy, purpose, and the ways our loved ones shape the missions we carry forward.
In this episode, Keisha shares vital components of the Holistic Wealth Framework—and especially in the 7 Components of Holistic Resilience, which guide this powerful grief episode.
Why This Episode Matters Now
Grief during the holidays hits differently. It’s sharper. Louder. More reflective.
But this year, for thousands across Jamaica and the Caribbean, grief is layered with climate trauma—physical displacement, economic uncertainty, and the emotional aftermath of Hurricane Melissa.
Unprocessed grief can ripple through families and entire communities. Studies show that in post-disaster environments, unresolved grief can reduce community resilience by up to 20%, affecting recovery speed, economic stability, and emotional wellbeing.
That’s why the mission of 1 Billion People Living with Holistic Wealth is more urgent than ever. This episode offers a blueprint—not just for coping, but for rebuilding, redefining, and transforming grief into resilience and legacy.
This episode delivers never-before-shared insights, deeply rooted in research, storytelling, and the Holistic Wealth philosophy. Here’s what listeners will walk away with:
A New Way to Think About Grief
This episode challenges the idea that grief is simply something to “get over.” Instead, it positions grief as a portal—a sacred threshold through which we access deeper purpose, connection, identity, and resilience.
Through vivid storytelling, scientific insights, and compassionate guidance, Keisha reframes grief as a process of reconstruction, drawing from the extraordinary life and legacy of her father.
Oliver Nathaniel Williams’s story isn't only preserved—it's activated. It’s a case study in how personal legacy fuels community transformation, how history echoes into the present, and how generational resilience is born.

“You were never meant to climb that mountain alone.” - -Keisha Blair
We all face mountains — grief, loss, burnout, financial uncertainty, divorce, a toxic job, chronic illness, or invisible emotional exhaustion. These mountains come in many forms, but they share one thing in common: they test the strength of our spirit.
In times like these, spiritual self-renewal isn’t an option — it’s a necessity. It’s the foundation of Holistic Wealth — a life built on spiritual, emotional, physical, and financial well-being. God is sovereign and can move any mountain.
In this podcast episode, we discussed the 4 Spiritual Laws of Self-Renewal (from the Holistic Wealth Expanded and Updated Book, with current data on resilience and mental health, to show how these timeless principles can transform both individual lives and entire communities.
