Ellen Kamhi talks with Ricki Grossman, who received her registered nurse degree in her hopes to heal others as she did herself through whole foods. Her continued path for healing brought her to a certification in Asian modalities featuring amma massage therapy and an introduction to the channels of the body used in acupuncture. She has completed her level 2 certification in teaching meditation and holds 500 hours in yoga asana certification.
