Originally from California, USA, Linda has a B.A in Psychology from the University of
California, Santa Cruz. After moving to the UK in 2014 to pursue a MA degree, after battling health issues, she switched gears and trained up as a certified Holistic Health practitioner. She is currently studying on a nutritional therapy diploma course with the Nutritional Healing Foundation. Likewise, she has taken on extensive coursework in oncology & nutrition.
Linda combines her knowledge to help to encourage, support and coach clients
dealing with a current cancer diagnosis and after treatment.
She utilizes seven pillars in her practice with clients: nutrition, mindset, movement, hydration, detoxification, sleep and stress--all important factors when addressing cancer recovery and limiting recurrence.
Linda's hope is to help to empower those recovering from cancer
with a holistic approach and toolkit, so that after working together, they feel
encouraged, and with a renewed sense of vitality & energy.

• Eating a plant-based diet improves the health of your gut so you are better able to absorb the nutrients from food that support your immune system and reduce inflammation. Fiber can lower cholesterol and stabilize blood sugar and it's great for good bowel management.
• Stay away from gluten and high glycerin fruits if you have thyroid issues
• An important point to note is that any lump that doesn’t move is a symptom so always do a routine check on your body
• Exercising after you eat is another important way to increase your holistic health
• Part of self care is the ability to know your body so well that you are able to discern when something is wrong
