This is a step-by-step system I used to holistically heal my anxiety in chronological order. Keep in mind everyone is different therefore I am not making a claim that this is the right way or the only way YOU should do it as an individual. This approach worked REALLY well for me and I KNOW it will bring you a ton of insight whether you have anxiety or not- these tips WILL improve your overall mindset :)
