When you are always busy, ripping and running the roads, never making time for self, it will show eventually. You may find yourself short-tempered, impatient and unloving. You're always going to have someone trying to discourage you, saying why you can't, won't, or shouldn't do when it comes to your weight-loss. Tune them out. Pursue your fitness goals, and surround yourself with those who will encourage you in them.

Telling an excuse will find you a reason why you have not gotten any results, but at the end of the day, it's simply just that - an excuse. And excuses get you nowhere. Let go of the excuses, today, so you can start to make the change that you so desperately want. The time is now.
