It is very important to honor teh transition when we are in pain. Pain is not about what was and what will be, it's the inability to embrace the pain when in that transition. A lesson I recently have discovered and wanted to share. I speak mainly of the transition of divorce, separation, and after. Including the parent and the child.

Controlling behavior is when one person expects, compels, or requires others to cater to their own needs — even at others' expense. The controlling person targets an individual and dominates them in an unhealthy, self-serving manner

Control is a function of management which helps to check errors in order to take corrective actions. This is done to minimize deviation from standards and ensure that the stated goals of the organization are achieved in a desired manner.

Investigate into the unknown. The you that fears what you may see from a distance. Get up close and comfy with you. This will help
