Hi guys. It’s been a while.

.

.

.

First of all, we want to thank our loyal listeners and all our fans who have asked about the direction of Hollyweird over the past two years. To answer your questions - Meg and Liz both worked in healthcare straight through a global pandemic, took time to live our lives, and continued with other creative endeavors. Meg and Liz have been creative partners since Laguna Beach first aired on MTV, and will continue to create together until self-driving cars and holograms take over the world. We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your patience and your loyalty to our beloved podcast.

.

.

Now, on with the show.

.

.

We felt that the recent death of pop singer, social media personality, and millennial icon, Aaron Carter, was our calling to revive Hollyweird from its grave - you know, like Buffy at the beginning of season 6. Aaron’s death on November 4, 2022 let the world into Aaron’s heartbreaking struggle with family conflict, abuse, and addiction. Join us as Meg and Liz discuss his early life and impressive race to teen stardom in part one, and his struggles with addiction, family matters, and subsequent death in part two. We highly recommend sticking around to listen to both - it’s Aaron’s Party after all (come get it).
