In 1973, two children on the Isle of Wight reported meeting a strange entity known as “Sam the Sandown Clown.” Recently, folklorist Paul A.T. Wilson claims to have located Fay, one of the original witnesses, who shared that her encounters with Sam continued into the 1980s. She described seeing him perform conjuring tricks, guiding her through “veil-like” alternate realities, giving warnings, and even predicting the fall of the Berlin Wall. Fay also provided sketches, letters, and notes from those years. While unverifiable, these extended accounts transform Sam from a one-time oddity into a recurring liminal being with traits of trickster, fae, and prophetic archetypes. Whether fact or folklore, the Sandown Clown has evolved into a modern myth of high strangeness.

After a snowy night, people wake up and notice a bizarre set of tracks heading through town. The towns folk rally all the able bodied men and boy that form a Devils hunting party. While the rest of town barricades themselves in their homes. They follow the tracks which will lead to large walls and seeming jump right over them and continue right along on the other side. The tracks will also appear on the roof or on the other side of a hay bales, like it jumped right over it. That’s not the only strange part of this story either. These tracks not only spanned miles and miles in the matter of hours. They also never cross themselves and were able to check every home in every town. Welcome back to the listener experience episode. On this episode we have a submission from Kayleigh. One night while on shift at the hospital a woman passed away. They went ahead and did the post mortem care for the woman. Kayleigh was at the nurse station when something strange began to take place. She knew something was wrong, and as she looked up she saw an elderly man pushing a wheelchair. She could tell that it was a woman in the wheel chair even though it was covered by a blanket. Kayleigh just knew it was the woman who had passed. As she was looking at this happening the man looked at her just as puzzled. He then smiled and kept pushing the wheelchair to the elevator. Later one of the nurses said that the funeral director would be coming to collect the deceased woman.
