I was moved to talk about this because after being completely engrossed in my own struggle i recognized that everyone around me is in crisis— and though it doesn’t look exactly like mine it cannot be disregarded. I also wanted to highlight how critical our thought process is right now, and the fact that we could all be a bit gentler with ourselves.

 Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:
