He wasn’t just a DJ. He wasn’t just a supporter of the culture. He was a servant of God who boldly used his gifts to glorify Jesus in public, in private, and everywhere in between. His life was a testimony that faith isn’t meant to be hidden — it’s meant to be lived out loud.
DJ I Rock Jesus stood as a bridge between music, ministry, and community. He helped create spaces where believers could gather, celebrate, laugh, worship, and grow together. Through every set, every event, every conversation, and every moment behind the scenes, he carried a heart for the Kingdom that could not be ignored.
And one of the most powerful parts of his story happened at his final event.
On the King Legend Talks 7 City Tour, he stepped into one of his biggest fears — public speaking. He joined the panel as a guest speaker and did something incredible: he faced that fear head-on and won. He didn’t let fear stop him from showing up, from sharing, from using his voice to impact others.
That moment now stands as a beautiful reminder of who he was — someone who kept growing, kept stepping out in faith, and kept saying “yes” to God even when it was uncomfortable.
This loss hurts because his impact was real. His presence was real. His love for God and for people was real.
But we don’t grieve without hope.
We celebrate a life well lived.
We celebrate a race well run.
We celebrate a man who rocked Jesus until his final breath.
Thank you for the blueprint.
Thank you for the encouragement.
Thank you for the example of bold faith and joyful service.
Rest in glory, DJ I Rock Jesus.
