Wouldn't you love some support and inspiration?
Own a cafe, bar, restaurant, or artisanal food business — in a city, a small town, or somewhere in between? This show is for you. Host Martha Lucius, restaurant strategist, puts the spotlight on food and beverage owners and draws out what actually makes their businesses tick. Expect success stories, real numbers, and a shared love of hospitality.
Martha spent 18 years as an owner/operator before becoming a strategist for independent restaurant and food business owners (started in 2014). Her love of hospitality has expanded into leading culinary travel adventures through India and across Europe.
Coming January 2027: the Six Pillars Method, Martha's online course walking owners through the six pillars — Strategy, Financial Stability, Operations, Quality, Distribution, and Hospitality — that build a business with real staying power.
Martha believes the financial model of the food industry needs to change, so owners can stay artisanal and still be financially stable.
