I share a moment that stopped me in my tracks while sitting in a restaurant. As I listened to a conversation between two women, one of them continuously spoke words like, “I’m dead,” and “I’m weak.” In that moment, the Holy Spirit whispered something deeply into my heart:

“The words you speak will soon become your reality.”

So many of us speak death over ourselves without even realizing it. We follow trends, repeat toxic phrases, joke about pain, and normalize brokenness — not understanding that the enemy uses words as traps to bury people alive spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and even physically.

In this episode, we’re talking about the power of the tongue, the importance of speaking life over yourself, and why your words matter more than you think. The enemy wants you to agree with destruction, but God is calling you to speak healing, life, strength, restoration, and truth.

Your mouth can either water your future or destroy it.
Your words can either build you or bury you.
