Welcome Friends, in these moments Holy Spirit speaks to us about grief and we ask him if there are any areas in our life in which we are grieving and have not let him into. He desires to be with us in our grief in order to sit in it with us as a friend would. He wants to comfort us and give us peace, relieving some of the burden of it. Come and open yourselves up to him in these moments. I know it will not be easy, but he will meet us here. Look at Ecclesiastes 3:1-8, where the Bible reminds us that it is ok to grieve and a necessary part of life. These are verses have brought much comfort to me over the years.

Hello Friends, in these moments we reflect on what the scripture says truth is. References to reflect on: Genesis 47:18, 2Samuel 7:28, Ecclesiastes 12:10, Job 4:12, Psalm 5:9, Psalm 26:3, Psalm 43:3, Psalm 119:18, Proverbs 12:19, Isaiah 11:5, Isaiah 59:15 &14, Daniel 8:12, Daniel 9:13, Zechariah 8:17, and Matthew 18:3. We wait on Holy Spirit to reveal any truth to us that he feels we do not have. I encourage you to lay down "your truth" in exchange for His. He loves you so, and will not deceive you like the world does. Often we can even deceive ourselves, and the only way that lies can be exposed is to seek THE truth from him.

December 09, 2022 "Surrendering Our Worries To Christ"
Welcome Friends, and thankyou for joining me. In these moments we allow God to bring up the worries to our minds that we've been struggling with. We acknowledge that he desires to take the burden of worry from us and give us comfort and peace in exchange for it. God does not want us to live in constent worry! He shares this with us several times in his word. He also gives us instruction on how to handle it. Reference Philippians 4: 6-7 & 9: "6Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. 7And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. 9Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me—put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you." Take this time to deal with your worries with Holy Spirit-he does not want to ignore that we struggle with this, he wants to guide us through dealing with them.

Welcome Friends and Thankyou for being here for these moments. In this podcast we release any feelings or thoughts of unworthiness to Jesus. It is important to do this because aspiring to earn being seen as worthy before our Father, can wear us out and can keep us focussed on doing or thinking things that do not take us in the direction that he wants us to go or can keep us from fulfilling the amazing purpose he has for each one of our lives. 2 Thessalonians 1:11 & 12 reminds us that He (Jesus) and his power is the only thing that can make us worthy of his calling for our lives. Take time to release the burden of unworthiness to your loving Father God.

Hello Friends, during these moments of our podcast we release guilt and shame of past decisions and reactions that would keep us from moving forward into the purpose God has for each one of us. Letting go of lies that would tell us we've done "too much or that we are too much" for God to let us continue to fulfill our purpose, is a lie from our enemy. December 02, 2022 "Hearing the Lord's Voice in a New Season"
Hello Friends, in these moments on our podcast today I shared with you a word that the Lord shared with me, about how he may speak to me differently as I enter into a new season of my life. In one season he may speak to us differently, for example: through the Bible or our friends and in another season we may hear his audible voice or feel the peace of his presence every time we are moving the direction he wants us to go. We can look for examples of this happening to other followers of God in Exodus (with the Israelites) and in 1/2 Kings with the prophet Elijah. Sitting and meditating on Jesus and his voice for a few moments and reflecting on how we are hearing his voice currently is so important to the process of moving forward in whatever purpose he has called each on of us to. Please take a few moments to do this and enjoy the rest and peace that comes with being near our heavenly Father and Holy Spirit.

He bring us comfort and love when our enemies confront us and leads us to quiet and still places so we can heal. The Lord is truly our Shepherd! November 23, 2022 Taking Joy in Jesus!
Welcome Friends, I am so glad you joined me in these moments for our meditation time! This is a week that many feel gratitude for all they have-finding joy in many people and things around them. However, sometimes I feel it can be the hardest season to find joy in for different reasons. I felt God asking us to direct our "joy finding" toward Him and not toward our circumstances, ourselves, or toward those around us. Scriptures to meditate on: Psalm 32:7-10,11-Philippians 4:4-Psalm 33:1-4. Take time to rest and get rejuvenated with Holy Spirit in this busy season.

November 21, 2022 "He's All Around Me"
Hello Friends, Thankyou for joining me for our time together as we meditate for several minutes on Jeremiah 23:23 & 24. Our God is all around us no matter our situation, "Do I not fill heaven and earth?", he reminds us in this passage of scripture. I love how All Power this scripture shows him to be. Sometimes we can forget that he is near us when we are walking through something or near someone difficult, but if adjust our eyes to be on Him we can begin to feel (even still being near that difficult person or in the middle of that hard moment) his presence and peace. During this holiday season, especially, go hid away friend; even if it's in your car driving or a quick walk outside-draw near to him. He is waiting with words of encouragement, guidance, and a GREAT and unfathomable love for you!

Hello Friends, in this episode we meditate on Psalm 139: 7, 8, 11, & 12. Holy Spirit reminds us that we are never far from God even if our emotions, thoughts, or situations tell us we are. The darkness you may be experiencing lately, is nothing for the Lord to remove from your life! He is so much more mightier than it! The Lord always wants to be near us. All we have to do is come and ask him to be near us and we will begin to feel him closer to us emotionally, physically, and spiritually. Don't let the enemy or yourself rob you of that much needed soul connection with your Creator today by not taking time to be near Him. Remember no matter where you are at you can meet with him!
