This morning Emma Kniebe spoke from Matthew 18:21-35, on how the realisation of Gods mercy and forgiveness transforms our hearts into his image. From this, showing others the same mercy and forgiveness freely and generously.

Rory Heaton then led the time of prayer, praying:

• For the gift of God's mercy and forgiveness to transform our hearts from the inside out to be made into the image of God

• Through this, that God would empower us by his spirit to forgive others freely and generously

• For those whom forgiving others is so hard. That God would give them such supernatural strength to forgive others in what are extremely troubling situations

This morning Suzanne Avery spoke from Matthew 18:10-19.

Rosie Loescher then led the time of prayer, praying:

• Through Psalm 100; praying prayers of thanks and praise for God's faithfulness for the new day and week we are in

• For ourselves; where we see ourselves in the parable that Jesus shared with his disciples

• Our persecuted brothers and sisters in church's around the world, where it not safe to be a christian

This morning Tim Jones spoke from Matthew 18:1-9.

Ros Williams then led the time of prayer, praying:

• For children and young people; those facing stress not knowing what's going on with their exams

• For children and young people that we know that they would grow up, loving and knowing Jesus

• Listening to Psalm 23; praying that we would be able to trust God like children

• Thanking God for who he is; our good shepherd. Who knows us and leads us by streams of living water

This morning Lydia Williames spoke from Matthew 17:14-27 on how Jesus said faith as small as a mustard seed can move entire mountains. Jesus can use whatever small amount of faith we have as long as we remember to put that faith in him

Amanda Bell then led the time of prayer, praying:

• For springtime, and God doing a new thing after the Upper Zoom time of prayer

• For faith for the mountains in our lives

• The safe vaccination of all peoples

This morning Yioula Talioelovou spoke to us from Matthew 17:14-27.

Jago Wynne then led the time of prayer, praying:

• We would listen to Jesus as we listen to God's word:

• For the new Connect Group series. That we would be living our lives on the foundation of God's word

• For Revitalise 250, that it will be able to fully support of our church's vision of every life bearing fruit for Jesus

This morning Alan Searle spoke from Matthew 16:13-28.

Reema Shinmar then led the time of prayer, praying using Isaiah 12:2:

'Surely God is my salvation;

I will trust and not be afraid.

The Lord, the Lord himself, is my strength and my defence;

he has become my salvation.'

• Pray that we would trust in God regardless of circumstances

• Pray waiting on God, asking these questions:

- Do I need to shift my relationship to Jesus?

- Where do I focus on merely humans concerns instead of the concerns of God?

Are there places in my life where Jesus is not yet my saviour?

This morning Jamie Mulvaney spoke from Matthew 16:1-12, encouraging us to be people of discernment by the spirit, to see what is rising in our heart.

Josh Moxon then led the time of prayer, praying:

• For the word going out from yesterday's service, connect groups and youth and children's discipleship - that we would be rooted in God's word, not taken captive by hollow or deceptive philosophies

• To live by the spirit. That we would be a look out for what God is doing, reliant and rooted in him, and living radical lives for God. For us and our church family

This morning Charlie Holt spoke from Matthew 15:21-39.

Jo Watling then led the time of prayer, praying:

• That we offer ourselves to God again, laying everything at his feet

• Asking him to use us to meet the needs of those around us

• Lifting up praise and thanks for all that he is to us

This morning, Rory Heaton spoke from Matthew 15:1-20 on Religious Hypocrisy.

James Farley then led the time of prayer, praying:

• Using Psalm 100 and coming before God in praise for who He is and what He has done for us

• For teachers, that they would have good rest over this half term and that their passion for each and every student that they teach would be renewed over this time

Following Rory’s challenging message we then had a brief time of silence where we confessed to God where we have been hypocrites and where our words and actions have not lined up. In the words of Psalm 51, there was prayer that God would create in us a pure heart and renew a steadfast spirit within us

This morning Amanda Bell spoke from Matthew 14:13-36.

Tim Jones then led the time of prayer, praying for:

• Multiplication and provision from God for someone you know, the church, or our nation. That God would bless and provide for a certain situation

• Ourselves, to help keep our eyes firmly fixed on Jesus throughout each day
