Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem to the shouts of “Hosanna” (Save us, please!) was a seismic event but not for the reasons the people shouting and laying down palm branches thought. This message unfolds the true purpose and meaning of Jesus’ coming as King.

The first Resurrection Sunday started out as anything but joyous. Through John’s account of the empty tomb, we follow Mary Magdalene’s journey that begins with the expectation of finding a dead messiah only to discover a risen Lord!

The season of Eastertide gives us a chance to stop, rehearse, and remember the things in life that God has done for us. This opens the doors to celebration and a 'radical rejoicing' in the face of a hopeless outlook on life that can so often be fed to us.
