Homesickness is a universal experience, especially for boarders! While living in a diverse and stimulating community like boarding is very fun and does being far from home easier, it is also important to realize that sometimes you inevitably feel homesick. And that's okay! In Episode 7, Santiago, Ophelie and Ottavia explore what it's like to missing homes and all the nuances that come with homesickness. Moreover, they share tips and strategies to tackle homesickness, especially near the school-breaks. Enjoy!

Ashbury Boarding wouldn't be the same without our sister house "Maple". Locared just outside the perimeter of our campus it is definitely one of the most unique spots of Boarding. In Episode 6, Ottavia is joined by Larysa and Mara, who both live in Maple. Together they explore how life in Maple is, traditions of their own and how sharing a house with just 7 people is, instead of 53.

How do academics and boarding life complement each other? On one hand, being in boarding means being surrounded by people, activities, events.
