Damn, is this thing on..??

Well, here it goes.. so after nearly a year and a half away from the what seemed like a permanent mic drop, I’m back with a renewed sense of purpose and a heart full of vulnerability.

The last time my voice filled these airwaves was in May 2023, as I ventured out west, unaware of where life would take me next. Since then, life has tested me, challenged me, and pushed me to my limits, but it has also laid the groundwork for something lasting and real.

In this episode, I first want to reflect on the shame I’ve carried about stepping away, breaking my own promise to keep going, and the fear of being unheard in a world that seems to listen to everyone but me. Yet, I’m here again because I realize that even if just one person connects with these words, it’s worth it.

This podcast isn’t just for the world.. it’s for me, too. It’s about showing up, embracing the messiness of life, and committing to the journey, no matter how uncertain. I hope this marks the start of something built on a solid foundation.. one that will last far beyond my lifetime.
