Damn, is this thing on..??

Well, here it goes.. so after nearly a year and a half away from the what seemed like a permanent mic drop, I’m back with a renewed sense of purpose and a heart full of vulnerability.

The last time my voice filled these airwaves was in May 2023, as I ventured out west, unaware of where life would take me next. Since then, life has tested me, challenged me, and pushed me to my limits, but it has also laid the groundwork for something lasting and real.

In this episode, I first want to reflect on the shame I’ve carried about stepping away, breaking my own promise to keep going, and the fear of being unheard in a world that seems to listen to everyone but me. Yet, I’m here again because I realize that even if just one person connects with these words, it’s worth it.

This podcast isn’t just for the world.. it’s for me, too. It’s about showing up, embracing the messiness of life, and committing to the journey, no matter how uncertain. I hope this marks the start of something built on a solid foundation.. one that will last far beyond my lifetime.

To anyone who’s ever felt like giving up or starting over, this one’s for you.

Even though I have content, I still hesitate with the follow through.I have experienced a lot even since the last episode in February.I just need to let the imposter syndrome to leave my head.It’s been a year so I am committing to the first thing ever have fully committed to.

Boundaries

Make sure to remember & be mindful not to sacrifice self over other people that try to cross those set boundaries.

What I have put into practice with establishing healthy boundaries from my own journey so far.

Respond rather than react when faced with uncomfortable situations if and when your boundaries are crossed.

I get raw about my mental health the past few months, how my thoughts and ideations get to the lowest.. while still maintaining hope.

I get real about my experience with the attachment style I believe I fall under just by being aware of what the universe is showing me (through sexual drive with these Grindr hookups and all.. yay! Go Gay!)

Somewhere before the Partial Solar Eclipse in Scorpio (and a few days after the Total Lunar Full Moon Eclipse in Taurus) I found stillness.

This an episode that gives ASTRO context for those interested, curious, and skeptical to see how this magical art & science continues to grow and help me forge my own path.

The astrological atmosphere during the creation of this episode has been rather gracious as I continue to connect deeper with the energy to grow, question, and live from the heart.

This is the episode, again, on releasing fears and being forgiving & compassionate to the self-loathing side of our nature.This is part of the “what you had and what you gain” when you instill boundaries and lose the things are expressions of the culmination of the ideas and truth uncovered in my own life.

Knowing how and when to organize to present the past weeks have been a challenge as I learn to integrate consistency the way that it works for me that differs from what society or other podcasters might give advice on.

Since the October 21, 2022 release of Taylor Swift’s new album, Midnights, I been working  with the emotions (no matter how obscure) that surfaced by the eclipse season and energy as of late.This album was released on the last day of Libra SZN before moving into to the SZN of Scorpio is interesting as well.
