Homeownership is both a responsibility and a privilege. While we can benefit from the security of owning our residence, we are also responsible for things we didn't have to think about too much before. With a little know-how (like what kind of air filter we need), we can ensure our home is a place where we and our roommates (or pets) can breathe easily.

That's kind of like our (home) planet Earth. If we are considerate of all those who live here, we will keep it well-maintained. But if we leave the old air filter laying around, that trash will become everyone's problem.
