  • An Emotional End To The Journey
We have attended our final regular-season game of the year, but the immediate focus isn't on our next trip but on our dog, Holmes, who has been diagnosed with lymphoma.
Holmes, the 11-year-old Home Run On Wheels "Barketing Manager," attended three games with us, but now he has begun chemotherapy and our future plans are put on hold as he begins his battle with cancer.

Children's Hope Alliance CEO Celeste Dominguez joined Ron and Patti in St. Louis to discuss the impact the MLB stadium tour has had.
The trip has taken us through 38 states, two Canadian provinces, six national parks and, obviously 30 Major League Baseball stadiums. Celeste said the trip has been a success and the feedback has been positive.
But there is still more work to do as we prepare for the Giants-Cardinals game on Sept. 23 and you can help.
