We all dream about living in those million dollar homes. You know the ones with the beautifully manicured lawn, the huge kitchen island, the multiple walk in closets and beautiful blue pool. These luxury homes take a bit of work but did you know that those million dollar houses need to be staged too? You may not think so because they look so beautiful. When we lived in our house in VA, we had 2 dining areas: 1 formal dining room and 1 eat in kitchen. Both had full sized tables for our growing family of 5. We didn't normally eat in our formal dining room except for Sundays which I made a rule to do that otherwise it seemed like a waste of space. It didn't matter what the meal was since we normally ate as a family (which nowadays can be difficult to do!). But when we moved to NC and had to build a house, we had to decide whether we wanted to dining areas again. Which then got me thinking about whether buyers want to see dining rooms or not. So I posed the question to some real estate agents and you wouldn't believe what they said. Listen in!

Growing up, I used to LOVE Tinkerbell and her fairy world. There is something about those fairies and magic that makes you feel comfortable and happy.
