Social media can be confusing and feel like a burden. Document your process, take photos of your listing and give value to your followers by explaining how the new counter tops were installed and what they are made of don’t just post a photo giving the price of the house. GIVE VALUE!

I have noticed a drop in the use of virtual tours this past year. I think buyers are just not that interested in slowly walking though a house and would rather just see the photos to decide if they want to see the house. I have found that a great way to drive my traffic to you from your listing is to include a sign rider on you sign that has a custom property website. This way people will go to your website to see the property and not initially turn to Zillow, trulia, etc

People ask me all the time how to get their floor plans on Zillow and other sites. The trick is to add your floor plans to your photo gallery in MLS and when your listing is syndicated out to all the 3rd party sites your floor plans will be there as well.
