In this episode I discuss 10 life lessons I've learned in my 26 years on this earth. For as long as I can remember, every year I become extremely pensive in the weeks leading up to my birthday and for several weeks after. The older I get, I'm increasingly grateful for the time to reflect, and this year I am extra grateful for the opportunity to share these life lessons with you all.
