Homemade Music

In Loving Memory of my late wife Hanneke who died on 10th of November 1998. 19 Yrs ago.

Made in honor of Oskar Fischinger !!! On the 117th birthday of Oskar Fischinger I was inspired by the Fischinger Google Doodle ! Oskar Wilhelm Fischinger (22 June 1900 – 31 January 1967) was a German-American abstract animator, filmmaker, and painter, notable for creating abstract musical animation many decades before the appearance of computer graphics and music videos. He created special effects for Fritz Lang's 1929 Woman in the Moon, one of the first sci-fi rocket movies. He made over 50 short films, and painted around 800 canvases, many of which are in museums, galleries and collections worldwide. Among his film works is Motion Painting No. 1 (1947), which is now listed on the National Film Registry of the U.S. Library of Congress (wikipedia) .

Inspired by the FAQ 2017 (electronic music)festival in 's-Hertogenbosch, I did some experimenting myself. It's just a try out and I hope the beginning of a period of experiment....

Yesterday my furry friend Murphy died , being my companion for 16 yrs. I miss him, wanted to make a happy song to remember him. But that wasn't possible at the moment. Maybe in the future. He deserves a happy song ! :)
