                                              Constantly distracted by social media?

Unable to focus and be productive?

                                              Want better screen time habits?

Our attention spans for digital tasks average at about 47 seconds while other studies have shown the attention spans of Gen Z have dropped to only 7.2 seconds for short form content! These numbers are constantly dropping with each new trend and influencer.

And the reality is the lower our attention span is the less time we can actually focus on what matters…God, our home, and our family.

That’s scary sis! That’s why in this episode, I’m sharing 5 strategies we can redirect our focus on Christ before worldly things.

I pray that this episode encourages, inspires or equips you in some way!
