Working at the frontlines of Europe's ongoing refugee crisis, Refugee Info Bus is an independent, UK registered, but very mobile, charity. They are dedicated to supporting refugees on the move, or who have just arrived in Europe, with up to date and accessible legal information and assistance, free WiFi and phone charging. Their mission is to assist refugees in having access to the rights that people with European passports take for granted. They currently work through two mobile buses in Greece and  France, and have a strong Facebook following stretching from Germany to Iraq, Turkey, Afghanistan, Iran and Syria.

Team Lead for the Help Refugees (https://helprefugees.org/calais/) and coordinator for Utopia 56 (http://www.utopia56.com/en), Chloe Jacout shares her experiences of working within the refugee community in Calais, the material vulnerabilities project she manages along with the human aspects to humanitarian aid work. Help Refugees is a UK-based non-governmental organisation which provides humanitarian aid to, and advocacy for, refugees around the world. In 2016, it became the largest grassroots distributor of aid in Europe. Utopia 56 is an association created in January 2016 in Brittany to manage volunteers over the Calais jungle. The association then managed the first humanitarian camp in France when it opened in Grande-Synthe near Dunkirk from March to September 2016. With more than 9,000 members, U56 shelter's teenagers without their parents, we help with food distribution and sleeping bags both in Paris and Calais. They also operate in several other regions of France including Quimper, Toulouse, Lille, Saint Brieuc, Lyon etc.

Team Lead for the Refugee Youth Service (https://www.refugeeyouthservice.net/) James Aldred shares his work with the most vulnerable within the refugee community, the children. Refugee Youth Service is dedicated to the mission of creating immediate and lasting change in the lives of unaccompanied children and young people on the move in Europe. Their work is aimed at providing young people with safe spaces enabling them to access legal and social support from trained professionals as well as to create an enjoyable place that allows them to rest and relax through creative activities and organised sports. This work is paramount to improve the safety and welfare of young refugees on the move through Europe.
