Jesus often taught his disciples about prayer. Prayer is foundational to a relationship with God. Regular, daily prayer; fasting; intercession are all elements of a prayer life needed in the life of every follower.

Jesus teaches his followers that at the very heart of God is the longing to see those who are lost, found. Followers must have the same heart and take on the responsibility for the lost.

In this series, we want to strip away all the other things that have come to define what it means to be a Christian and to focus on the core responsibility to closely study and follow the teachings of Jesus.
