This week’s “Hometown Heroes” are Michael Reese & Caleb Stuby from Addison, New York. This youth baseball coach and player were part of a team that went to nearby Woodhull last week to help “clean-up” from devastating floods.

Today’s “Hometown Hero” is Jake Hannon from Buffalo. He’s winning souls for Christ, one sport at a time.

Today’s “Hometown Hero” is David Marshall from Bemus Point, New York. This high school senior is scoring points in his community, after building a brand new beach volleyball court at a local park.

Today’s “Hometown Hero” is Bill Matteson from Fredonia, New York. After losing his son to a drug overdose two years ago, he’s now helping other families cope with the drug crisis.

Today’s “Hometown Hero” is Julie Palmer from Buffalo. She’s leading the fight to “take-out” human trafficking in western New York.

Today’s “Hometown Hero” is Steve Tybor from Buffalo.  He’s helping 100 families with home repair projects this summer in the “Queen City,” for free.

Today’s “Hometown Hero” is Dawn Samuelson from Gerry, New York.  She uses horses to help veterans and first responders cope with anxiety and depression.
