A Charmimg Mystery!
If youâre a fan of old time radio, Chicago history, or great stories in the vein of The Thin Man, give this series a try. I thoroughly enjoyed both books in the series, and am anxiously awaiting the third! A wonderful read for the holidays, or anytime.
Second times and charm!
I loved Homicide for the Holidays! I cannot get enough of the Viv and Charlie dynamic. Just like The Darkness Knows, it kept you on the edge of your seat with its unfolding of the story. Cheryl Honigford is such a beautifully crafted author and I cannot wait for book 3, and hopefully more!
1930s Chicago and Old Time Radio comes to life
Just finished Homicide for the Holidays and loved it! The author really brings 1930's Chicago and Old Time Radio to life. Can't wait for the next book in the series.
If you liked the first one then you are going to love ...
This is the second book in the Viv and Charlie series. If you liked the first one then you are going to love this second chapter in their story. Honigford does an excellent job of transporting you back in time while weaving mystery throughout. You really get to learn about Viv and her family in this installment and it will make you like her even more! Canât wait to see what happens in book 3!

I loved Homicide for the Holidays, it was fun reading about the world of radio and I really liked the characters in the book and hope Charlie and Viv have many more adventures. I can't wait for her next book, I love this period of time also and love stories especially mysteries written during this period. Cheryl is a great writer and know she will become very popular.
