My guest today is Cristian Orellana - "Power team" PHP leader, entrepreneur and a CEO. A few years ago Cristian sold his business for 7-figures and decided to channel his energy toward financial industry. At this moment he has more than 850 agents in his team that he manages and helps them become millionaires like himself. We talked a lot about managing the team, being a true leader and an example to the whole world.

Cristian was born and raised in Honduras - the most dangerous country in the whole world. We talked a lot about the issues with Honduras: crime, corruption, government affairs and many more. My guest lived in Honduras for 15 years and knows exactly what it is like to grow up in the most dangerous country in the world, then migrate to the US and become a self made millionaire.

Cristian is a family man having 3 kids. In his words there is nothing more important and valuable than family. And of course we touched a topic on God and religion.
