In the final episode of Audit April we talk about the importance of choosing the right spaces online to spend your time. We also talk about the impact on your brand if people visit your various channels and get a completely different experience.

In today's age we only have a short amount of time to grasp someone's attention. if we are able to attract them and then they seek us out further and get confused, that could be bad!

To know how best to spend your time make sure you know WHAT and HOW you are spending your time. Tracking will not only give you awareness as to where the time is going but it will also allow you a looking glass into what tasks could better be outsourced or fine tuned.

Week 3 of Management March is about managing your expectations as an entrepreneur.

Online has created a totally unrealistic expectation of what it's like to start a business. You want to dream big and shoot for the moon but be realistic about what you can expect to happen through self-honesty.

We can't control how, when, or if people will buy from us. Removing the emotion of expectation can allow us to continuously put our products and services into the world without feeling intimately connected to the results.

It's all about visibility and conversion data, friend!
