Work relationships are very important to relationships that have to be handled carefully. We have to understand how to separate personal matter versus business. BEWARE OF THOSE NARCISSIST IN YOUR LIFE!!

Not all relationships are typical and traditional. However, a relationship is a relationship when there are two people involved on a constant basis. Many of us do not realize that the new term "Situationship" has truly evolved right in front of us. Now, that I am thinking about dating again. I really need help trying to identify if I am in a actual relationship? or situationship?

How many times have you been in a heated argument with someone and they use the terms “I’m just keeping it real” I’m keeping it 100”. most of the time this comes said that person has hit you below the belt and hide behind that exact phrase. Does this erase the insult you just delivered to get your point across? Many would believe the jab you delivered was far from real but closer to being “rude”. How can we be honest with someone and still remain considerate as the same time. Is it possible to be real without being rude?
