• Music & Your Body: Did you know that a song's rhythm can physically change your body's chemistry? We'll break down why music with a beat faster than your heart releases adrenaline, and why the music at Mass is intentionally different—designed for calm, reflection, and receiving the beauty of the mystery.
• Two Critical Questions: When choosing what to listen to, it's not enough for a song to just "sound good." We must also ask: "Is it good for me?"
• A Tool for Good or Evil: God created music to uplift us and bring us closer to Him. But the Devil can use the very same tool to draw us into lifestyles and mindsets that are harmful. Is your playlist building you up or tearing you down?
