Just by creating the banner for this LIVE, I already censored myself, thought of other people telling me I shouldn't do this, I should not rock the boat and move on. In my mind, we, people, should not talk about suicidal thoughts because if you don't pay attention to them, they will disappear. Well... Not in my experience.   

Avoiding reality has never worked well for me. So here I am, going LIVE to talk about suicidal thoughts. Every second person I ask, says they have had suicidal thoughts at some point in their lives and I imagine many people under lockdown face their thoughts that are about endings. It's more common than we think and I want to talk about it.
