This week I’m rejoined by  @TaylorElajas and Shayna from  @SafeandSecurepod to continue our conversation from part 1. In this episode we briefly talk about how I ended up with a man who wanted to be with two women at the same time, the 90 day rule in dating and I’d body count still matters. 

Taylor shares his top 5 things he wants in a woman, why he doesn’t date older women, and what he really thinks about body count. If a woman has a certain number or higher, he wouldn’t entertain her. He also states that he never asks a woman her body count however, he’s had women who’s voluntarily told him their number. He also shares how he feels about a woman he’s dating trllkng him he was to wait 90 days for sex 

Shayna shares how she playfully lies to men about giving fellatio and the one time she smelled some funky peen 😭. She also shares why she thinks women being celibate is a scam and her thoughts on sharing her man.

We touch on women dating men with potential versus dating the finish product, if a relationship can survive without intimacy, and so much more.

Taylor raises an important point that women know within 5 minutes of meeting a man if they want to sleep with him, and how most men talk themselves out of getting any. Happy Women's History Month! This week I'm joined by attorney and owner of SL Nelson Law Firm, Stephanie Lynette Nelson to talk all things from the law and how people tell on themselves through social media to owning her own firm, dating as a successful woman, and so much more.

We talk about her journey from being a prosecutor and how she would advocate for black plaintiffs, to transitioning to being a defense attorney and opening her own practice, in addition to some of the challenges she has faced. Stephanie shares stories of some of the biases she has dealt with as a black woman in a male dominated industry, and how she demands respect from her counterparts.

This week I deep dive into a couple different topics such as women doing solo Valentine's Day photoshoots and wanting to know the purpose of these shoots. Why are single women doing these photoshoots to post to their Instagram feeds on Valentine's Day?

Am I the only person who thought Kendrick Lamar's halftime performance wasn't entertaining? I give me opinion on his performance and why I was not impressed despite getting his message and seeing his vision. 

Is 50 Cent too emotional or just petty? I take a deep dive into 50 Cent’s online behavior, feuds, and whether or not his antics are strategic or just emotional reactions. 

I also discuss obesity being a disease in the black community and Dank Demoss wanting to sue Lyft for “discrimination” because the driver asked her to call another car to accommodate her size. I discuss whether or not she needs mental help because according to her, her brain doesn’t think she’s as big as she is. Is the black community killing themselves by being unhealthy?

I close out by calling out women for their lack of support of each other and the way we judge each other when others do things that do not align with us. We are not a monolith, and social media isn’t a real place, and it’s time we come to terms with these things 🤷🏾‍♀️

In this solo episode, I pose the question of whose responsibility is it to teach a man how to be romantic? Is it something he should just know, or is it his partner's responsibility to teach him what romance means to her? I also speak about being in my villain era and what that looks like for me and those around me, not wanting to be around people who are who not committed to doing the work to better themselves. I close out the episode with the realization that "I am not a high maintenance girlie" in the way some girls these days are. I then share what I do enjoy being high maintenance in and why I have no interest in succumbing to other women's definition of high maintenance when it comes to physical looks.

We speak about his fitness journey and breaking the stereotype of Pilates being a “white woman” thing. Jeff shares how he got into Pilates and reformer training, and what inspired him to open up his own weight training and reformer studio on the Lower East Side of NYC. 

We discuss his thoughts on women who go the surgical route instead of working out, dating someone who doesn’t work, being able to inspire other people of color to own the fitness space, and some truth and myths about working out.
