Eddie and J.B. close out the original trilogy with High School Musical 3, tracing the bigger budget through Kenny Ortega's giddiest set pieces, debating whether Christopher Nolan borrowed the "Upside Down" hallway for Inception, and admitting neither of them can hum a single song from it — before landing on Mrs. Darbus as the real MVP and a 1-out-of-10 rating for the weakest of the three. J.B. and Eddie head to Pixie Hollow this week to review Tinkerbell (2008). Disney's second most iconic character finally gets her own voice and her own world — and the guys make the case that it works better than expected. They also dig into the surprisingly fascinating backstory of the Disney Fairies franchise, how the Princess merchandising boom created it, and how Frozen killed it.

Then in Disney News: Disney's latest layoffs under new CEO Josh D'Amaro, James Cameron's candid comments about Avatar as a fading "cultural force," a Star Wars at the Sphere rumor that has J.B. ready to book flights, and a Hollywood Reporter piece on "hope-core" — the cultural shift toward optimistic storytelling that Hoppers and Project Hail Mary are leading.

200 episodes in, and J.B. and Eddie are celebrating the only way they know how — by turning Disney fandom into a full-blown fantasy draft. Inspired by their love of sports drafts and the great Disney adults vs. sports fans debate, the guys compete across five categories, pulling from the entire Walt Disney Studios, Disney Animation, and Pixar catalog to build out their ultimate rosters. Who will they choose?

J.B. and Eddie are out of the vault and over the moon for this one. This week the guys review Pixar's Wall-E (2008) — a film that somehow delivers sharp environmental and social commentary, a sweeping romance, and some of the best physical comedy in Pixar history, all with barely any dialogue. Is it the most underrated film in the Pixar canon? The guys make a strong case, and debate where Wall-E ranks among cinema's greatest robots.

Then in Disney News: the new class of Disney Legends is announced ahead of D23 — and it's a fascinating mix of animators, voice actors, Imagineers, and a couple of familiar faces with movies coming out this summer. Plus, Avengers: Doomsday continues to raise eyebrows as Imax hands its screens to Dune: Messiah, and Disney's newly relaunched Adventure World at Disneyland Paris is turning heads with some jaw-dropping robotics. Then in Disney News: new CEO Josh D'Amaro unveils his vision for Disney+ as the "digital centerpiece" of the entire company, OpenAI shuts down Sora taking Disney's $1 billion investment with it, and the guys react to the new Moana live-action trailer.

J.B. and Eddie are back for another adventure—this time diving into National Treasure: Book of Secrets! From Mount Rushmore to the President’s secret book, the guys break down what makes this sequel such a fun (and chaotic) follow-up, where it works, where it goes off the rails, and why Nicolas Cage might be the only person who can make it all work.

They talk through the film’s bigger, bolder approach compared to the original, debate whether this is the perfect example of a “more is more” sequel, and revisit the never-ending mystery of Page 47.
