Eddie and J.B. discuss the first trailer for Thor: Love & Thunder (finally dropped!) as well as Pixar coming back to their senses about direct-to-Disney+. Oh, and they also spent a few minutes on that Doug movie/money-grab.

This episode takes us into 1999 on our journey through the movies of our childhood, so we spend some time reminiscing about the last year of a great decade. We also deal with zipper problems as we review the movie “My Favorite Martian”.

We can’t seem to get away from the gorilla suits!! In this episode, we double-check our keychains to make sure no one mistakes us for poachers as we review Mighty Joe Young. Another Disney remake that doesn’t land, but we give our thoughts nonetheless.

In this episode, we not only realize that we are beautiful butterflies but so is “A Bug’s Life.” Pixar’s often forgotten film holds up in our rewatch and we think it will for you too. We also take some time to talk about the trailer and upcoming Disney Plus series, “Obi Won Kenobi.”

In today’s episode, we brush up on our late 90’s cliches as we review I’ll Be Home For Christmas. While we are confused by plot holes and a movie that doesn’t know what it wants to be, we make it to the end of the movie in time for Christmas. But first, we need to talk about the recent Disney plus releases of West Side Story and Turning Red.

This week, J.B. and Eddie are divided on the remake of the switcheroo classic The Parent Trap, including the innocence of the incomparable Lindsey Lohan and how J.B. thinks all female directors made Twilight. Also, our duo spends way too much time deep-diving on the new Star Wars Galaxy Starcruiser “hotel” at Disney World.

We know that we have already found a girl worth fighting for, but we still review 1998’s Mulan. In this episode, J.B. and Eddie split hairs a little as they decide where this animated film falls in the ranking of Disney canon. Also, we take a moment to pick at yet another live-action remake.

We go totally tubular with the praise dogs with our review of Meet the Deedles. Surprisingly, we found this more fun than we remembered. This movie marks our entrance into 1998, so we also review all that happened that pivotal year of our childhood. 

We can’t see why Disney made another live action remake of an old Cartoon, so we spend most of the episode on The Book of Bobba Fet. After we are done swooning over Favreau and Filoni we get around to Mr. Magoo. Spoiler Alert, Mr. Magoo is one of the worst movies we have ever seen.
