Hi everyone, and welcome to the Redkids Club | RKC .

I'm a professional strength and conditioning coach, currently living in Germany, where I'm studying biomechanics and motor control and learning.

This podcast is my way of thinking differently about s&c, sports science, and maybe even life itself.I’ve always felt that learning, training, and growing is like walking through unknown land.Sometimes we train really hard, but still don’t see much progress.Other times, we follow the so-called “right” steps, but reality hits us hard anyway.

That makes me wonder:

Do we really understand training?

Do we really understand ourselves?

That’s why I started this podcast.Here, I want to talk with you about movement, about training, and about the things the textbooks don’t always explain well.

In future episodes, I’ll invite guests from different roles and backgrounds.
They’ll share their own experiences, their lessons, their mistakes

and we’ll go deeper into topics around sports science and performance training.
