随着明年比特币减半的临近，市场对比特币以及相关领域的关注度越来越高。毕竟比特币在整个 crypto 领域一直发挥着巨大的引领作用。而比特币挖矿相关的指标一直是投资者用以判断市场的重要指标除此之外，处于深熊的市场和资本这几年一直都在寻找新的叙述，一个可以吸引巨大场外增量、为市场带来新的破圈效应的拐点。现实资产代币化 Real-world asset(RWA)似乎有潜力成为这个突破口。

近期，多家传统金融机构如高盛、汉密尔顿巷(Hamilton Lane)、⻄⻔子(Siemems)和 KKR 等都宣布正努力将自身的现实世界资产上链; 而加密货币原生的去中心化金融协议像是 MakerDAO 和 Aave 等也正推进以与 RWA 的兼容;甚至香港地方政府也已将目光转向这个领域并于今年 2 月实验性地发售了 8 亿港币的代币化绿色债券，成为全球首个以虚拟资产的模式发行债券的政府。
