Aloha, wave riders! Get ready for some serious swell action across the Hawaiian islands. We've got a massive northwest pulse rolling in that's going to light up our north and west facing shores with some serious height.

Kauai's looking at a serious surf party today with north facing shores pumping 8-12 feet in the morning and climbing to a thunderous 12-16 feet by afternoon. West facing shores will see a respectable 5-7 feet ramping up to 8-12 feet. But hold onto your board shorts - Wednesday's gonna be even more epic with north shores potentially hitting 15-20 feet!

Oahu's not far behind, with north facing shores expecting 7-10 feet this morning and building to 10-15 feet by afternoon. West facing shores will see a solid 4-6 feet growing to 8-12 feet. Wednesday continues the big wave madness with 15-20 foot north shores.

Maui's joining the big wave bash with north facing shores hitting 7-10 feet and climbing to 10-15 feet today. The swell continues Wednesday with consistent 15-20 foot faces.

The Big Island's windward and leeward sides will see more modest but still fun surf, with north facing shores ranging from 2-6 feet depending on the location.

This massive northwest swell is courtesy of a powerful system generating long-period waves between 300-310 degrees. Expect advisory-level conditions through Wednesday, with a potential warning-level swell hitting Friday into Saturday.

Surfers, remember to check local conditions, respect the power of the ocean, and always surf within your skill level. Stay stoked and stay safe!
