For the first segment of the hour Dan welcomed U.S. Rep. Stephen Lynch on the program to discuss a very important piece of legislation sponsored by Lynch that was signed into law by President Biden. The bill honors the American heroes who were lost in the Bengazi attack.

Delaying Title 42. The Supreme Court has delayed the lifting of Title 42. This decision requires the Biden Administration to leave the Border restrictions in place for now. This comes at a time when Texas is experiencing a migrant surge so strong that El Paso, Texas has issued a state of emergency. Dan heard listeners' thoughts on delaying Title 42.
