Did you know that International Women's Day (IWD) is a worldwide celebration of women's social, economic, cultural and political achievements? It also serves a call to action to accelerate gender equality. The theme of IWD 2023 was #EmbraceEquity, emphasising the importance of gender equity in all aspects of society. This is an area, that we are passionate about, in promoting equity and fair treatment of all, WMF supports this throughout the year, each year.
