As 2025 draws to a close, have you taken time to honour the year you’ve lived? Have you contemplated every twist, turn, detour, triumph, and loss? In these times, it’s important to slow down, take a breath, and reflect on the path you’ve walked the past 11 months. The aim is not to judge or tally your progress, but instead to acknowledge your growth, however big or small. 

In today's solo episode, I walk us through the key stages of the Hero’s Journey and invite you to apply your own experience and perspective to each of these stages. I share my own call to adventure this year and the major life events that almost drowned out that call. I hope by sharing my personal story of loss, grief, resilience, focus, and transformation, I offer you room to reflect, and perhaps relate, to your own stories, in your own way.
