This Gemini full moon is bringing in the chaos. When we have a full moon in Gemini our minds can feel like they are racing but this gives us an opportunity to pay attention to the important thoughts that come through. This full moon is calling us to asses how we process information and how you communicate with ourselves and others.

Journal Prompts:

How often do you pause to process your emotions before reacting?

What limiting beliefs and thought patterns do you want to release?

Do you embrace new ideas or do they threaten you and make you feel defensive?

Do you hold on to narratives for the sake of comfort or do you allow yourself to change them?

Do you put yourself in a box or do you let yourself be multi dimensional?
