Nicola Brentnall has devoted most of her professional career helping young people all over the world on behalf of the British Royal Family through institutions like the Prince's Trust, Queens Trust and now the Queen's Commonwealth Trust.

She famously got up and danced at an event in Malawi, getting congratulated for her moves by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Harry and Meghan.

In 2015, Nicola was awarded a Member of the Victorian Order (MVO) by the Queen for services to the Monarch.

She has an infectious passion for helping young people find their wings and change the world. In this short interview, Nicola outlines her vision for empowering young people of the Commonwealth (2 BN+ population) to change the world.
